SHIPPING & DELIVERY

I ship via the USPS. However, if a different shipping provider works better for you please send me a message here and I'm more than happy to see if I can accommodate you!

 

RETURNS

I do not accept returns for every item since everything is handmade. Custom items are always verified with you before being sent. However, things happen! So please reach out to me here and I'll do my best to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

(Please reach out within 14 days of your item being delivered).

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

I use the Tracking Numbers provided by the USPS, sometimes your package may not be updated as it moves through the USPS facilities so please be a little patient. Sticker Orders are not sent with tracking but can be requested for additional fee.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If your item gets damaged on its way to you I will completely refund you, all I need are pictures of the item the way it arrived. If you are unable to send pictures you can return the item to me, once the damaged item is returned I will refund you your order total (not including return shipping).

CPF Creations does not sell your information. If you create a customer account it is solely used for your convenience on tracking orders, reordering, and creating a wishlist.
